Q. What are the payment options I have?
A. You have 3 payment options on Pustak:
- Credit Cards
This is the quickest and easiest way to process your order. We use ICICI Bank's Payment Gateway which accepts Visa or Mastercard Credit Cards. Visa and Mastercard credit cards from most International banks are also accepted. - Bank Transfers

Q. How do I check the status of an order I placed?
A. You can e-mail customercare@pustak.co.in to find out where your product is and an approximate delivery time-frame as well.
Q.Why is the delivery time-frame so long?
A. Our distributor / publisher network is vast and spread across the US and UK. Many books are not commonly available and sometimes take many weeks for us to procure. We have factored into account these delays and many other logistics issues to ensure that we never under-deliver. We hope to lower this time-frame for most of our books over the next few months.
Q.What can I expect from Pustak in the future?
A. We hope to continue bringing you the biggest and best collection of books in India. We are constantly working on new features and services to offer a better service for our customers.
Returns and Refunds
Q. What do I do in case I receive a wrong or damaged product from Pustak?
A. In the rare case that you receive a wrong or damaged product from Pustak, please email customercare@pustak.co.in for a replacement. When we ship out the replacement item to you, we will also have the wrong or damaged product picked up from you at our cost.
Q.Within what time period do I have to return the product?
A. You need to return any product bought from our store within a period of seven days from the receipt of the shipment.
Q.How and when will I get my refund?
A. Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order.
